Arrrival in Krakow on Constitution Day
David Salazar
Our first day in Krakow coincided with Constitution Day, a national holiday celebrating the declaration of the Polish constitution on May 3, 1791.
As you might imagine, the event was filled with celebrations from all generations, live performances from the army's marching band and a dance troupe. The class visited the old town, including the Central Market Square.
